Player Registration Process:

Check out the News for the latest developments with the DOVE 2010 campaign.

Players & Volunteers should contact us as soon as possible with your intentions.

Players should download three files:

  1. Player Registration Form

  2. DOVE 2010 Pledge Sheet

  3. OLA Masters Rules

Please carefully read all documentation.  It is the player's responsibility to collect their pledges and bring these funds with you to the arena.  A representative from the Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness will be there to collect them.

Registration Forms:

Player Registration Form - This event is open to all players of various skill and backgrounds who are 22 years and older!  We have received permission to include any players under 22 who are carded with the Ontario Lacrosse Association.  Hey, we will show you a few tricks if you're just starting off!

If you wish to participate as a player, 22 years or older and without an OLA card, don't worry for a small fee we can complete this paperwork before you hit the floor!

DOVE 2010 Pledge Sheet - Please ensure that all the fields are completed neatly!  The DOVE 2010 Executive and Aurora Masters Lacrosse is challenging each participant to bring in a minimum of $700 in pledges.  Individuals may process their pledge online through the following CCAA Online Donation Portal.  Make sure to select the DOVE 2010 and player you wish to pledge along with the amount.  This is a very secure portal (128 bit encrypted service).  You may request a tax receipt for donations/pledges which are $20 or larger.  Please have your friends contact you when they receive their email confirmation from CCAA. Finally record this transaction on your Pledge Sheet

OLA Masters Rules - If you are planning to join us on the floor, make sure you understand the rules.  As for equipment, you should bring a helmet with a full unaltered facemask, stick, gloves, athletic support, shorts and good pair of running shoes.

Game Day:  Latest version of weekend schedule

Please bring your collected pledges, a photocopy and your original pledge sheet. You'll collect your player package along with your incentives from the DOVE registration desk.  You'll receive your t-shirt with a number.  Please verify your number with the master schedule posted at the registration desk.  Next, proceed to the CCAA pledge desk.  They will collect any outstanding pledge money, your photocopied pledge sheet and verify your total.  You're ready to hit the surface!
